Designing urgent automatic ventilator during coronavirus pandemic. Designing PCB and programming STM32 ARM microcontroller. Inhale(PIP) and exhale pressure(PEEP) were controlled with fuzzy and PID controller. Air pressure was produced by a brushless DC motor. Moreover, motor temperature and current could be monitored through the designed BLDC driver. The ventilator has different modes, pressure and flow values are automatically calculated according to the patient’s condition which is set on the device by the doctor. Additionally, these parameters can be set by the doctor manually with Nextion touch LCD.
